We source out locally-grown produce and use only garden-fresh ingredients as possible. Whether it is the greens from one organic farm we support or herbs and spices which we grow from our own mini garden, guests at our Siem Reap boutique resort are guaranteed of an exceptional ‘farm-to-table‘ dining experience.
The Restaurant & Bar
Our open-air thatched roof restaurant & bar is a destination itself which serves up a wide variety of Khmer & Italian favorites as well as contemporary international dishes. Surrounded by the serenity of our tropical gardens and pools, our restaurant offers a truly relaxing atmosphere and offers enjoyable food experiences for all tastes, palates and moods.
Health enthusiasts are also well catered for with our Chef’s specially crafted wellness menu. On the menu are fresh tasting salads, healthy soups, delectable vegetarian dishes and detox juices. If there is any craving we can satisfy, please do let us know. Our culinary team will happily create a customized menu that highlights your favorite flavors and accommodate your dietary requirements.
Resident Chef, Sotho Yem
Chef Sotho Yem has worked in the culinary field for over 15 years. A native of Siem Reap, Cambodia, he found his calling to cuisine at a young age. Known for his ‘Asian-Western fusion cuisine’, Chef Sotho follows the refined tradition of using only the finest local produce and the freshest ingredients.
In his current role as a Resident Chef at Navutu Dreams, Chef Sotho is in charge of menu creation as well as the unique culinary experiences offered at our deluxe resort & wellness retreat. He leads Siem Reap cooking classes which begin with a visit to an organic farm to pick greens and spices required to dish up the menu for the day.
