7 Day Nature-based Fitness Coaching Retreat Itinerary:

Day 1

  • Arrival
  • 45 min fitness pre-screening

Day 2

  • 1.5 hr bicycle ride to the mountain through the lotus farm (Phnom Krom)
  • 1 hr canoeing through the flooded forests on the Great Tonle Sap Lake
  • 60 min aromatherapy
  • 60 min Khmer massage
  • Healthy Lunch

Day 3

  • 1 hr trail run through the Angkorian jungle
  • 1 hr mental focus & stimulation class (Guided meditation)
  • 60 min Khmer massage/ Shiatsu session
  • TRENCHED (High intensity work-out, fast paced, explosive exercise)
  • Healthy Lunch

Day 4

  • 1 hr triathlon (Swim, ride and run)
  • 60 min Thai massage
  • THE AMAZING RACE ANGKOR (Navigate your way through Siem Reap using a compass)
  • Healthy Lunch

Day 5

  • Functional fitness outdoors
  • Total body workout, burning maximum calories and generating maximum sweat
  • 60 min Indian head massage
  • Jungle trekking
  • Swimming (Phnom Kulen Waterfall)
  • 60 min Khmer essential oil massage

Day 6

  • 1.5 hr mountain bike jungle trek
  • 1.5 hr boat ride through the National Park

Jay Sapphire is a Siem Reap-based Australian fitness coach with credentials in nutrition and functional fitness training. He is a trainer bred for adventure and lives his life by the philosophy ‘Don’t over think it, just get it done.’ He focuses on taking you right to the edge then bring you back down to your comfort zone. He aims to empower you and teach you how to make sustainable goals. With decades of knowledge, this is adventure fitness mixed with a shot of Diesel.
